Residence Inn New York Downtown Manhattan/Financial District

During my recent stay at Residence Inn, I was actually surprised by the friendly and helpful staff at the breakfast restaurant. They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure I had a great start to the day. The rooms were also beautifully maintained and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was fantastic, exceeding my expectations and making it a nice experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in the financial district, close to piers and a metro station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views. The breakfast is good, with a variety of options including coffee, bread/rolls, scrambled eggs, and fruit juice. The hotel also offers self-help laundry facilities for guests.

Some guests have reported issues with the front desk staff during check-in, leading to payment errors and frustration.

My recent stay at Residence Inn was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient and the room wasnice and neat. The breakfast selection was good and the reception staff was friendly and helpful. The brand new hotel had a nice atmosphere and I enjoyed my stay overall.

I did encounter some issues. The noise from drilling starting early in the morning disturbed my sleep and affected my ability to attend meetings.
